Core customization stays free
- No paywall for baseline themes, layouts, density, motion safety, or standard client controls.
- Optional premium focus remains cosmetic and non-essential.
- Crythera remains privacy-first and security-first while improving usability.

- Expanded client personalization baseline (theme, density, accessibility, notification controls).
- DM quality improvements (draft continuity, pinned-message workflows, richer media handling).
- Voice/video quality controls and diagnostics improvements in client call surfaces.
